Implementation Specialist
Role Overview
Implementation Specialists at TPP guide new customers through the planning and management of implementations of the SystmOne software. The role involves overseeing and planning projects from start to finish both in the UK and internationally. You may be planning a migration for a Mental Health Trust one week and checking data migration for a family doctor in China the next.
Responsibilities
Deliver safe and successful migrations for tens of thousands of patients.
Work alongside other teams to address customer issues and solve complex problems throughout every stage of the implementation process, from contract initiation to project direction and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* A degree is desirable but not essential.
* A levels or equivalent.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are required, and no experience in IT, healthcare or project management is necessary.
