Deburrer
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Day shift – Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Double days – due to working hours own transport is required
£27,800 - £32,800 plus excellent large company benefits including monthly production bonus
**Initially commencing on a temporary contract but after just 12 weeks trial period you have the opportunity to secure yourself a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance.**
We are currently recruiting for a Global manufacturing company in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire based in the 1st-class production facility they are looking to recruit additional Deburrers.
Job Summary for the Deburrer:
* Experienced and competent in finishing/polishing of parts to drawing and tight tolerances.
* Reworking non-conforming parts to customer specification.
* Opening of undersized bores.
* Ability to use the correct measuring equipment to achieve the correct tolerances.
* Able to work with all materials that come through the department, including titanium and steel.
* Able to work with other functions at the Back End including part mark and de-ragging.
* Basic manuals to include drilling and tapping.
Experience required for the Deburrer:
* Able to use hand tools, Power/Air tools
* Basic fettling of metallic components
* Confident to work alone and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of reading and understanding detailed drawings.
* Experience in Manufacturing.
