CubicWorks is a new business that concentrates on and delivers construction refurbishments, taking tried and tested formulas, shaking them up, then delivering for customer success. We design, create and maintain extraordinary spaces through our unique collaborative position with customers and partners. We deliver solutions sustainably, transparently and with integrity.
We also deliver Facilities Management services, and we are looking for an experienced Joiner. Who can deliver high-quality joinery maintenance works to join this team, working together with other site-based trades to achieve its ambitious goals.

As a Joiner you will:
Carry out all types of joinery works, ensuring the standard of work is of the highest quality
Work on multiple customer sites across the North West, ensuring deadlines are met and our KPI performance is maintained
Review drawings and ensure work is carried out in accordance with instructions given
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the company's Health & Safety regulations
Be customer-focused and build great relationships with everyone you work with
Carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device
Order materials
Other duties as needed
The right person would also have the following qualities:
Someone who has experience within the FM industry (desirable)
A level 3 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (desirable)
Someone who would be interested in working on our fire door maintenance programme and is willing to undertake an accredited training programme to become a certified fire door maintainer and installer
Someone who is comfortable working autonomously and who could potentially become a supervisor as we grow this division
Someone who is highly organised, has meticulous attention to detail and is passionate about quality
A confident communicator who likes to work collaboratively & is comfortable building relationships with a range of stakeholders
