As a Housing Management Officer, you will manage the delivery of high-quality housing services for our clients aged 16 and above. Youll play a vital role in ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and ready for new tenants—coordinating repairs, undertaking inspections, maintaining records, and assisting with tenancy transitions.
Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of high-quality housing services for clients aged 16 and above, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and ready for new tenants.
* Coordinate repairs, undertake inspections, maintain records and assist with tenancy transitions.
* Liaise with landlords to ensure properties are maintained to legal standards.
* Maintain accurate records and manage tasks efficiently.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other information systems, with a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
Qualifications

* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other information systems.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
