Your new company You will be joining a well-established and growing organisation within the property maintenance and facilities sector, recognised for its strong values, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering high-quality services across multiple sites. Your new role As an Administrator & Documents Controller, you will play a key role in supporting property maintenance operations, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination of activities. Key responsibilities include: Processing quotes, delivery notes and invoices, ensuring correct coding Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities Coordinating and scheduling statutory maintenance to ensure compliance Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, building strong relationships Supporting operatives with accurate job recording Assisting in improving systems, processes, and reporting for senior management This is a full-time role based in near Paisley (34.5 hours per week).
