THE POSITION Join Boehringer Ingelheim as a Network Manager and play a pivotal role in accelerating healthcare system partnerships that deliver real impact for patients, the NHS, and our organisation. This non-promotional role is all about driving collaboration, solving challenges, and ensuring projects are executed with excellence and aligned to long-term healthcare strategies. Location: Field-based - covering Manchester, Rochdale, and Stockport Contract Type: Fixed-term (18 months) Travel Required: Yes - regular travel across the region TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Stakeholder Connectivity : Build strong relationships across practices, PCNs, neighbourhoods, and system leaders to ensure seamless project delivery. Execution Excellence : Collaborate with healthcare system project teams to drive high-quality implementation. Troubleshooting : Anticipate and resolve project challenges, working with internal and external teams to course correct. Operational Reporting : Provide updates to Boehringer Ingelheim project teams and recommend resource adjustments when needed. Strategic Alignment : Ensure projects support the Integrated Care System (ICS) strategy and communicate this vision to operational teams. REQUIREMENTS Skills & Experience: Strong NHS and healthcare system knowledge Proven project management and customer engagement skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with compliance processes and ABPI/IPHA codes Comfortable interpreting data trends and making informed decisions Competencies: Strategic thinking and performance focus Up-to-date clinical knowledge Collaborative mindset Solution-oriented approach Personal presence and impact Education & Qualifications: · Degree-level education · ABPI (UK) qualified · IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) · Ideally a clean driving licence Job Impact Your work will directly contribute to: Improving patient care through quality improvement partnerships with the NHS.
