Overview
Cooking experience will be an advantage or candidate must be willing to learn how to cook.
Responsibilities
* To cook breakfast items as required by the residents.
* To ensure that the dining area is clean at all times.
* To assist the chef in serving up meals.
* To prep vegetables as required.
* To ensure that all kitchen equipment and kitchen areas are cleaned according to cleaning schedules.
* To ensure that company Health & Safety Regulations are adhered to.
* To ensure correct storage of all dry and perishable goods.
* To ensure the correct, safe storage of cleaning materials.
* To ensure that all pots, pans, cooking utensils are cleaned to the required standards and correctly stored after cleaning.
* Carry out any other reasonable instructions given by The Chef/Home Manager
* You will also be required to stand in for the Head Cook / Part Time Cook when they are on leave
