Job Description
This is an opportunity to work with a well known Legal 500 firm based in North Kent.
The firm offer a full range of services and are well- known for their litigious work, they are now looking to expand their RTA claims and Credit Hire litigation with the hire of a solicitor 2+pqe who has gained experience in this area of work.
You will have gained experience from a London or regional firm and have gained case management experience in this area. The day to day work will include draft pleadings and witness statements, negotiating settlements with clients/insurers, ensuring compliance with legislation and procedural rules.
The role will require to have strong inter- personal skills with both clients and your colleagues and you will be confident in keeping all parties updated throughout the legal proceedings.
