Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end document lifecycle, from creation to archive.
* Lead the local rollout of systems including IMS, DORECO, Motion, Mobile Docs, DECA, SAP.
* Ensure audit readiness and compliance across all statutory documentation.
* Be the go-to superuser and trainer on document platforms.
* Engage with cross-functional teams - from Offshore Managers to HSE and Planning - to drive consistency and efficiency.
* Maintain the physical archive and align with digital records.
* Support audits, report non-conformances, and champion continuous improvement.
