A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant Marketing Department, where you will provide essential administrative support across a variety of activities.
This role suits an experienced and well-organised administrator with the flexibility to manage multiple deadlines. You’ll support the smooth delivery of marketing activities, from handling enquiries and maintaining customer data to assisting with events such as Open Days and Shrewsbury Summer School promotions.
You’ll manage communications across the school website, social media, and campaigns, ensuring accurate records in our CRM and MIS systems. You'll also use project management tools to track tasks and provide occasional administrative support to the Admissions Department.
We are looking for a friendly, adaptable, and confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Key Requirements Include
* A good standard of education, with an ICT or Marketing qualification.
* The ability to work accurately and efficiently, with good attention to detail, in a busy office environment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using marketing software and social media platforms.
* Experience in event coordination, CRM systems or digital marketing (desirable)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, (09:00 to 17:00), all year round. Flexibility is required for occasional evening and weekend work to support events.
