The provision supports children and young people with a wide range of additional needs and learning differences who benefit from a more personalised and nurturing educational setting. Many pupils require tailored approaches to learning, smaller class sizes, and additional support to help them engage positively with education and build confidence both academically and socially. Students may present with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, communication needs, and social or emotional challenges. The school takes a child-centred and inclusive approach, placing strong emphasis on building positive relationships, promoting emotional wellbeing, and creating a safe environment where every pupil can thrive. As a Teacher within the provision, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and accessible lessons while supporting the wider development of pupils.
