Are you a Ward HCA with experience in surgical or inpatient settings, looking for additional weekend work? Here at 18 Week Support, we have an exciting opportunity to support a well-established NHS Trust in the Hampshire area within a busy Urology Surgery ward environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced ward teams in a well-supported, patient-focused environment while benefiting from flexible additional sessions.

Key Responsibilities
* Support patients throughout their inpatient surgical journey within a Urology ward setting.
* Assist nursing staff in delivering high standards of patient-centred care.
* Take and record patient observations accurately, escalating concerns appropriately.
* Assist with stock control, equipment checks, and general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe clinical environment.
* Provide compassionate, professional, and dignified care to all patients.
Requirements
* Currently practising, or has practised, as a Ward HCA within a surgical or inpatient setting for a minimum of 6 months within the last 12 months.
* Proven experience working in the NHS
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team.
