Regional Sales Director
The Role: The Regional Sales Director will be strategically managing a team of sales professionals throughout the South of the UK. This role is working for a true market leader, a very strong name in the construction industry, and with a career progression to national Sales Director in years to come.
This position will see you and the team selling highly technical solutions directly to T1 Contractors. It will certainly suit a high-performing individual who is working with a multi-product portfolio already.
The Company: Our client are a market-leader in their field, and they boast the largest stockholding of product in the UK than any of their competitors, in addition to a dedicated installation team who operate nationally separating them from the rest of the market. They are a business who are investing heavily in their induction, onboarding, and ongoing training processes and do a lot to push internal promotions where possible. In addition, they have recently partnered with another industry leader to become the largest business in their field.
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Field sales senior leadership experience within construction engineering sector
* Are currently managing a team
* Have sold a technical, or design led, construction solutions
* Full & Clean Driving licence
* Are verse in selling direct to end users at site level e.g. T1 Contractors
Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 Basic Salary DOE +25% Bonus, Company Car (Hybrid options), 25 days plus stat, pension 6% employer contribution, Healthcare
