We have exciting new career opportunities for a Sales Support Executive to work within our Randox Testing Services (RTS) division, based in Crumlin. Location: 34 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4RN. Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent. Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20. What does the Sales Support Executive role involve? To manage a specific range of RTS customer accounts, providing regular contact, encouraging collections and maximising product sales. Providing Management Information to all customers Focus on Medico-Legal customer base in order to expand our market share Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of RTS products and services, as well as competitor information Supporting tender proposals. Tracking existing sales orders and keeping CRM up to date Ensuring accurate sales forecasts Full on the job training will be provided on our processes. There may be additional responsibilities within this role. Who can apply?
