About the Job

As a Connect to Work Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Lead and Business Engagement Lead to passionately plan, schedule, and coordinate impactful communications and training, including vital support for employers.

Working on the delivery of the Connect to Work programme promises to offer a unique experience each day, filled with unexpected challenges and rewards There are several key responsibilities that will be integral to this role, including:

* Responsible for managing financial transactions and collecting and maintaining evidence to ensure the programme adheres to quality assurance standards.
* Promoting success stories and case studies, collaborating with partners to ensure appropriate permissions are obtained, and sharing messaging across the Connect to Work network.
* Serving as a primary point of contact for Connect to Work regarding external inquiries (via phone and email), and engaging with potential and current programme participants, business stakeholders, and colleagues to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
* Following established procedures and processes to respond independently to routine telephone, email, and written inquiries, utilising initiative to address unforeseen challenges as needed.
* Supporting the Operations Lead with regular reporting, data management, and tracking activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Degree-level qualification in event management, marketing or business administration, or equivalent workplace experience.
* Experience in effectively communicating with diverse groups, including vulnerable adults and young people.
* Excellent standard of written English, producing engaging communications, accessible reports and recommendations for a diverse range of audiences.
* Skills to use initiative to prioritise competing demands, make sound judgments, and refer inquiries to other team members when appropriate.
