Your Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, youll play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children living in our care. Youll provide emotional and practical support, help maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and act as a keyworker for individual children.
Key Responsibilities:
Safeguard and promote the health and welfare of children, protecting them from harm and exploitation.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Keep accurate records and reports to support the smooth running of the home.
Undertake training and apply learning to your role.
Build trusting relationships with children and act as a keyworker in line with policy.
