Overview
As part of our Customer Service team, you will be the main contact responding to customer enquiries via email, social media, and on the phone. You will be part of a small and busy team providing excellent and timely customer service and helping to maintain events on our box office system. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude who is at home with talking to customers.
Reports to: Box Office Manager
Salary: £12.21ph
Contract: 20 hours per week
