Are you ready to take on a rewarding role with the Workplace Solutions Team at the London Fire Brigade in Shadwell? We’re looking for a dedicated Mobile Premises Operative with handy skills to help us maintain our facilities and ensure everything runs smoothly!

* Location: Shadwell, London
* Company Van: Provided
* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Type: Permanent
Your Responsibilities
As a Mobile Premises Operative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with the following:
* Ensure delivery of PFI standards for the site, adhering to contractually set standards and Health and Safety regulations.
* Assist the Facilities Manager in providing an on-site facilities management service.
* Perform building maintenance duties, including minor repairs and changing low-level lamps.
* Engage in litter picking, snow clearing, gritting, weeding, portering duties, and cleaning of all areas.
* Receive deliveries and distribute materials to building users.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Have previous experience in a caretaking and/or portering role.
* Can communicate effectively with customers and build strong relationships.
* Are skilled at liaising with contractors and updating site records promptly.
* Can manage site security, including unlocking and locking all doors to ensure safety and accessibility.
* Hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
