Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Support & Network Administrator to join our team. This role is central to maintaining and enhancing their IT infrastructure, supporting users, and ensuringpliance with software and hardware standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with purchasing and installingputer hardware and software.
2. Ensure all software used is properly licenced.
3. Manage network operations and telephony systems.
4. Train users on hardware and software.
5. Ensure all required documentation is received andpleted.
6. Provide regular updates to the IT Manager and feedback to management and staff.
7. Participate in meetings, appraisals, and performance reviews.
8. Identify and attend relevant training, submittingpletion certificates to HR.
9. Adhere topany health and safety guidelines and regulations.
10. Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of customer care.
11. Support team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
12. Undertake other reasonable duties as required by thepany.
