As part of ongoing growth, they are expanding their senior consulting capability to meet increasing demand across central government, local government and wider public services. The Consultant will lead complex delivery programmes, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to achieve meaningful, measurable transformation across public-sector settings.
Role Highlights
– Lead multi-workstream delivery across diagnostic phases and long-term transformation programmes
– Oversee up to eight consultants, designing workstreams and ensuring high-quality delivery
– Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, providing assurance, clarity and clear progress updates
– Drive data-led assessments, modelling and insight to inform decisions at organisation level
– Contribute to wider account planning by identifying opportunities and supporting future work
You Will Need
– Experience leading transformation or improvement projects within public-sector environments
– Ability to manage multi-disciplined consulting teams across complex workstreams
– Strong analytical capability to translate data into compelling narratives
– Confidence presenting to senior civil servants and public-sector executives
