About the Role
At Real Life Options we provide person centred support to enable the people we support to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced and friendly team in a role that gives you the opportunity to make a real difference. We’re looking for committed and caring individuals who have great communication skills.
What You'll Do

7. Enabling the people we support to reach potential
8. Maintaining social contact and community networking
9. Support to lead fulfilled and meaningful lives
10. Support to attend events, appointments and social events
11. Support with finances
12. Medication administration/reordering
13. Pro-active response in meeting all aspects of support

Requirements
19. Must be able to work as part of a team and lone working; take initiative and problem-solving skills.
20. Enhanced PVG required (we will support the application process)
21. Drivers preferred but not essential
