What You’ll Do
1. Ensure the effective and efficient sourcing of talent in line with business requirements.
2. Be the first point of contact for all sourcing queries for your portfolio.
3. Work with the Senior Recruiter to promote correct use of ATS throughout operations.
4. Deliver tailored staffing solutions for the operation to meet SLA’s and quality standards.
5. Ensure accurate recruitment reporting and metrics are collated as required.
6. Support the end-to-end process and management of all vacancies and candidates to maximize sourcing opportunities.
7. Manage vacancies effectively to ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
8. Report across your region and to operational stakeholders.
9. Build positive relationships with key stakeholders through proactive communication across resourcing and operations.
