A well-established, family-run engineering business based in Abingdon is seeking an experienced PA/Office Manager to provide vital support to the Managing Director and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities.

1. Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management, workload organisation and day-to-day administrative assistance.
2. Oversee the operational administration of the business, ensuring all office functions run efficiently.
3. Deal with customers on a daily basis, offering excellent service and timely responses.
4. Receive and process daily orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
