About the Role We’re looking for caring, reliable and passionate Children’s Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a part-time night shift contract (3 nights per week, 30 hours). Shifts run 9pm – 7am, supporting children and young people aged 3–18 with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a respite service, meaning young people may stay with us for as little as 2 hours or up to 14 nights, giving their parents valuable time to rest and recharge. The home features an on-site sensory room, and the team regularly runs activities and events to keep young people engaged, stimulated and supported throughout their stay. Every shift is different — you might be supporting bedtime routines, providing emotional reassurance or helping create a calm, positive and nurturing environment overnight.
