Responsibilities Partner with sales operations to set quotas, measure performance and ensure accuracy of financial reporting to business and global finance. Lead monthly profit and loss reporting, including performance reviews with leadership across partnerships. Analyze insights on country and product performance and provide recommendations to shape investment decisions and long-term strategy. Develop tools and data infrastructure to communicate business performance to a range of audiences, including executive management, simply and efficiently. Initiate and implement global process improvement initiatives for finance, including shaping the global system and data infrastructure agenda, drawing on automation/process expertise as well as AI. Manage core finance processes such as month end close, budget management and annual planning. Act as a finance business partner to advise on strategic direction and cost allocation.
