Key Requirements:
* At least 3 years’ experience in an Operations Manager role or a senior-level operational generalist position
* Strong project management and technical operations background
* Confident managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a reactive setting
* Team-focused with excellent leadership and development skills
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of portfolio of sites
* Lead and support a team of attendants and ops staff in the field
* Oversee day-to-day operational issues such as maintenance, signage, and equipment faults
* Ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement of site performance
