Senior Manager, Planning (BDF) – OMD Greater London

Job Overview
This is a pivotal and exciting role working on one of our agency’s newest skincare clients. It is an amazing opportunity to join a newly formed team tasked with driving best‑in‑class planning campaigns across markets. Focussed on communications planning, this role is responsible for helping to drive the agenda for this global brand and ensuring that media plans are delivered through excellent implementation in local markets. You will be a core part of the wider global team.
Responsibilities
* Build comms planning strategies that will enable the client to achieve (and exceed) marketing objectives for specific campaigns
* Ensure effective delivery of the strategy across key cluster markets, applying and challenging established planning principles, client and data insights
* Be comfortable writing and presenting media planning documents to senior stakeholders
* Understand and be close to all campaign tracking and evaluation, in order to feed insight into future planning as well as tracking performance and informing on‑going optimisations
* Be the implementation planning expert who understands and can advise on the best use of channels across paid media
* Be comfortable talking to clients about the connection between channels across paid, owned & earned media
* Support wider team on ad‑hoc media projects and thought pieces
* Deliver fully integrated planning and team collaboration across disciplines; on and offline media, influencer, commerce, and build strong creative agency partnership
* Be regularly in touch with media partners to understand new innovations in the market and receive new audience insights

Flexible Working
Our hybrid working model requires you to be present in the office three days a week at our London office, with the other days available to work remotely. Standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with flexibility around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30. We encourage open conversations with managers to support high‑need periods and individual circumstances.
