We’re transforming how we deliver services to our customers, in our brand-new HR OD Transformation area to support our colleagues in delivering services to the citizens of Birmingham. This is your opportunity to contribute to our quest for continuous improvement by providing high-quality data analyses, uncovering deeper insights and using cutting-edge tools and techniques to facilitate greater workforce understanding.
We want our managers to be able to make informed and evidence-based decisions about their people which contribute to their delivering the Council’s, directorates and HR OD Transformation strategic outcomes. Along with the Data, Insight & Analytics Lead as your mentor, we’ll encourage you to help us to create an ethos of continually improving our services to customers, through relevant KPIs and appropriate targets. This is an essential element of HR OD Transformation, and we need you to help us deliver.
Together with the Data, Insight and Analytics Lead, we’ll invite you to shape solutions, drive key business insights and enhance decision making. And we’ll rely on you to support the design and delivery of our People Technology Strategy, which covers the following key areas:
* People insights and intelligence
* Data and analytics
* System and process improvement
* Data interrogation
* Dashboard design and management
* Data quality and governance
