We are working with a brilliant secondary schools in Leeds and Wakefield that are looking for confident, dependable Cover Supervisor to join their team long-term. A rewarding role where you can develop skills, build relationships with students, and really make a difference to young people
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects – if you have a specialist subject, this will be prioritised!
Creating a calm, purposeful environment for learning
Managing behaviour in line with school policy
Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
✏️ Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of each day
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience working with young people (in or outside of school)
✔️ A confident, approachable style and strong classroom presence
✔️ Good communication and behaviour management skills
✔️ A flexible, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education
