Market Insight Analyst

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Market Insight Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance. You’ll work across sales, field force effectiveness (FFE), and customer engagement data to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Consolidate and analyse data from sales, CRM, FFE, and digital sources.
* Provide insights and recommendations to business units to support performance and growth.
* Support the sales forecasting process in collaboration with Finance and Business Unit teams.
* Maintain accurate, timely reporting and ensure data quality across BI systems (e.g., MSMART).
* Contribute to projects aimed at improving analytics tools, processes, and data governance.
About You
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint, POWER BI
2. Experience in data analysis, sales/field force analytics, or related areas.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
