As an International Administrator you will provide administrative support to the International Recruitment team, primarily focussed to the network of overseas agents, to ensure the smooth running of international student recruitment and marketing activities along with making logistical arrangements for overseas recruitment and marketing events and activities.
Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day support for our network of international recruitment agents. Supporting with applications, enquiries, agent portal maintenance, commission, etc.
* Co‑ordinating the logistical arrangement for recruitment events and activities in which IR participates; both virtually and face‑to‑face. Including event bookings, virtual booth set up, invoicing, web promotion, student follow‑up, pre‑event applicant promotion.
* Co‑ordinating logistical arrangements for staff travelling overseas to ensure promotional visits run efficiently. Arrangement of travel needs such as flights, hotels, travel visas, insurance, currency, pack publicity materials, and produce accurate customs invoices.
* Assisting with International Recruitment’s marketing activities and recruitment events, and contribute to the promotion of the University’s professional image overseas.
Qualifications
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above
* Extensive IT experience using Microsoft packages, such as Excel and Word
* Previous work experience in the Higher Education sector, ideally within student recruitment
* Knowledge of the Higher Education international student experience, gained from working in the Higher Education international student sector, or from being an international student in Higher Education previously
