This person has Brain Injury and complex clinical needs such as gastrostomy care, tracheostomy care— and relies on a consistent team who truly understand them.What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.What you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
