Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a full‑time Retail Sales Assistant to join our Bromley store.
Role Responsibilities
* Predominantly customer‑facing in‑store sales, and also assist customers over the phone and via email.
* Provide legendary customer service by assisting with enquiries and purchases, building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients.
* Offer free on‑site surveys to customers in their homes or workplaces after the probationary period – this may involve collaboration with multiple departments and third parties.
* Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming shop floor, organised stockroom and office.
* Develop in‑depth product knowledge to understand customer needs and answer technical queries.
* Prioritise tasks to meet sales targets and manage time efficiently.
* Move stock and adjust displays, which may require use of stairs and heavy lifting.
* Work five days per seven‑day week, including Saturday and Sunday.
