We are seeking a dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in a welcoming primary school in the Speke area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s educational journey by providing tailored support in and out of the classroom.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering personalised learning and care plans.
* Supporting social, emotional, and academic development.
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure progress.
* Encouraging independence and confidence in learning.

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly on a 1:1 basis.
* Patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
* Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Confident in managing behaviour and promoting inclusion.
* Holds relevant qualifications or has experience in a similar role (Level 2/3 TA or equivalent desirable).
