As part of the ongoing development and growth of the Motor Vehicle provision at our Folly Lane campus in Hereford, we are seeking to appoint a Full‑time Motor Vehicle Lecturer.
Salary: Up to £38,066 depending on qualifications and experience.

* Spark Ignition & Compression Ignition Engines
* Health and Safety Practices in Vehicle Maintenance
* Steering & Suspension Systems
* Components & Maintenance
* Routine Vehicle Maintenance Processes & Procedures
* Vehicle Braking Systems, Components & Maintenance
* Diagnosis and Rectification of Vehicle Electrical Auxiliary Systems Faults
* Diagnosis and Rectification of Vehicle Transmission Systems Faults
* Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology
* Vehicle Air Conditioning Systems
In addition to teaching, the role includes the associated organisational and administrative processes such as preparation of work, marking and assessment, course tutorship, student welfare and counselling, and full participation in Faculty and College activities to achieve the College’s key mission and objectives.
Qualifications
* Fully qualified (minimum L3)
* Relevant work or industrial experience within the vehicle repair industry
* Willingness to train towards teaching experience is welcome;
* Full‑time role, but fractional basis may be considered.
