Join our passionate team in Willingham. We’re recruiting Support Workers who share our values and commitment to helping others. No experience? No problem. We’ll provide all the specialist training you need to develop.
You’ll be supporting five adults (four women and one man), all in their late 30s with complex medical needs including epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and learning disabilities. You’ll be trained in clinical tasks such as suctioning, stoma care, and PEG feeding. Training is delivered face to face, with ongoing support and formal sign-off to ensure you feel confident.
Life here is varied and community-focused. Members enjoy activities such as Disney cruises, Doris Day sing-alongs, cinema trips, beach days, and karaoke sessions in a sensory room. Families are at the heart of our approach.
You’ll be part of a five-person team on each shift, with no lone working in the home, though some one-to-one support may occur. Due to the rural location, a car and manual UK licence are essential. Free on-site parking and shared minibuses are available for outings.
This role offers a values-led career path. Many of our Support Workers go on to become nurses, paramedics, or social workers. If you’re ready to learn, grow, and make a difference, we’d love to welcome you to the team.
