We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join a rapidly growing business in South Hampshire. You will be reporting into the Head of Operations, and you will lead a team of Multi-skilled Engineers who manage and maintain some of the latest production technology in the food industry.
You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for driving and delivering against strategy and leading continuous improvement. The business is going through a period of investment and right now is a great time to join!
