Role Context
An exciting opportunity has come up at our Sheffield dealership as we’re on the lookout for a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. It is a perfect chance to advance your career in a premium manufacturer environment. As a sales advisor, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
Responsibilities
* Collect customer and market data to gain insights into customer needs.
* Address customer queries promptly and resolve objections effectively.
* Offer customers precise and comprehensive quotations, with accurate cost calculations.
* Showcase supplementary services, including financing options, insurance, accessories, and service plans.
* Engage in negotiations to establish mutually beneficial terms of sale.
