Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and optimize fabrication processes to improve SQCD performance.
* Lead shopfloor layout changes and implement Lean improvements.
* Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training programs.
* Specify and manage new equipment requirements and CAPEX projects.
* Introduce automation to reduce errors and labor costs.
* Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
* Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process non-conformances.
* Collect and analyze process data to support decision-making.
* Collaborate cross-functionally on trials, process changes, and operator training.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
* 3-5 years' experience in high-mix, low-volume or batch manufacturing.
* Proficient in CAD design and documentation.
* Hands‑on experience with PPM, installations, and fault diagnosis across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
* Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, TPM, or similar methodologies.
* Strong initiative, reliability, and ambition to grow into senior leadership.
