Senior HR Advisor (UK Retail)
Location: Central London - Hybrid
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
A leading international premium beauty retailer is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its UK People team during an exciting phase of growth and expansion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded HR professional to play a key role in supporting retail operations, partnering closely with Store Management and Regional Leadership teams.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive, professional HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring best practice, legal compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
About You
* Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced multi-site environment
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management
* Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at all levels
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) preferred
* Highly organised, resilient, and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, brand-led environment
