About the role
Creative Support is an established not‑for‑profit social care provider rated Good by the CQC, supporting over 6,000 vulnerable adults. We are looking for a proactive and caring individual to play a key role in our Customer Experience team based at our head office in Stockport.
Key responsibilities
* Support the Customer Experience Manager in managing a wide range of complaints and customer feedback.
* Record, acknowledge, allocate and review complaints, ensuring accurate and timely responses to complainants.
* Analyse compliments to identify learning opportunities and recommend improvements to our practices.
* Promote a reflective and learning culture across the Quality Team.
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer care, preferably with a background in social care.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High level of IT proficiency.
* Flexibility, proactiveness and a caring attitude.
