Salary: £25-28k DOE Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Coordinator to join our clients team on an ongoing temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent opportunity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors while maintaining the company's high service standards and core values. Key Responsibilities: Issue customer service documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Handle all incoming communications - including telephone calls, messages, emails, and texts - efficiently and within company charter timescales. Act professionally and courteously at all times when dealing with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the customer service system. Input data quickly and precisely to ensure service continuity and reporting accuracy. Produce concise and accurate written and numerical reports as required. Support the wider team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.Experience and Skills Required: Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both written and numerical work. Proficient computer skills, including use of customer service or CRM systems. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight timescales.
