My client is preparing for an exciting social media launch and is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join them at the very beginning of their journey. Responsibilities will include:

* Extensive calendar management across multiple businesses and international time zones

* Managing and overseeing social media channels

* Coordinating business meetings, taking notes, and distributing follow-up actions where required

* Organising global travel for a team of influencers, including creating detailed itineraries and contributing creative content ideas
\t
* Booking film crews and coordinating production logistics
\t
* Managing appointments, restaurant reservations, and day-to-day scheduling

* Researching and arranging international property viewings and travel plans
