What you’ll do As a Key Worker Glasgow Code Learning you’ll be a part of an established team, reporting to the Glasgow Code Learning Project Officer. As a Key Worker you will be an integral part of the Glasgow Code Learning team, providing 1-to-1 and group mentoring support to eligible clients, removing barriers to progression and ensuring that customers can access the right services and at the right time. This position requires a high level of partnership working and having an enthusiastic, can-do attitude is essential. We’re looking for: • Excellent communication skills – written and oral. • An understanding of the issues facing vulnerable adults. • Ability to engage with a range of different audiences including health, employability projects and employers. • Working knowledge of barriers to employment, and employability support available. • Ability to build and to develop positive and productive relationships with clients and partner organisations. • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • Ability to manage client caseload. • Ability to record customer journeys on reporting system.
