Pentagon Motor Group have an exciting career opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the team at our Barnsley dealership.
What will you be doing? Our passionate sales team at our Barnsley Peugeot dealership are looking for a new team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This is a challenging role where customer care comes first.
Responsibilities
* Take the time to talk to people and build genuine rapport to identify customer needs and turn opportunities into business.
* Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
* Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
* Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
* Promote and sell additional items such as paint protection, service plans and warranties.
* Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to provide customers with all available options.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong and effective communication skills.
* Brilliant rapport-building skills.
* Motivation and drive with the ability to exceed targets.
* Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
* A full UK driving licence.
