Wild Recruitment is a leading recruitment business and are part of a UK wide recruitment business too. We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Commercial team.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
* Running a full 360 desk: sourcing, placing, and managing client relationships
* Driving business development and building long-term partnerships
* Working with autonomy, backed by a supportive, high-energy team
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
* Agency experience in a 360 role
* Strong BD skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment
Compensation & Benefits
With a starting salary of c 28-32K depending on your experience, as a Recruitment Consultant you can expect to achieve a further 5-10K in your first year with commission although it is uncapped! From year 2, it will be an average OTE of 10,000 - 15,000 - again, all uncapped.
