1. Managing the people aspects of change to support the adoption of new ways of working
2. Supporting the delivery of change management strategies across programmes and projects
3. Leading stakeholder engagement and communication to embed the change vision
4. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through regular evaluation of initiatives
5. Preparing and delivering materials to support effective change implementation
6. Collaborating with programme teams to evolve tools, processes, and methodologies
7. Ensuring change activities are tracked and aligned with customer outcomes
8. Embedding risk, security, and compliance considerations into change delivery
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Proven experience in delivering people-focused change within complex environments
10. Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
11. A recognised change management qualification (e.g. APMG, PROSCI)
12. Ability to build strong relationships and drive engagement across teams
13. Experience working in a regulated or customer-focused industry (preferred)
14. A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
15. Confidence in using business analysis tools and methodologies
16. A flexible, adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities
