Job Title: Senior IAM Developer
Location: Livingston - 2x a week

Working within a highly skilled Cyber Security team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities across a large-scale enterprise environment.
Senior IAM Developer Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and implement Identity and Access Management solutions using One Identity Manager.
* Support the strategic development and expansion of the IAM platform across multiple business areas.
* Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation processes using PowerShell, T-SQL and Bash.
* Configure and support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, HR systems and other identity sources.
* Manage the full development life cycle, including deployment and change compliance.
* Conduct security audits, risk assessments and vulnerability reviews across the IAM estate.
Senior IAM Developer Requirements:
* Extensive commercial experience with One Identity Manager or similar Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.
* Strong understanding of IAM technologies, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
* Proven experience with cross-platform Scripting, including PowerShell, T-SQL and Bash.
* Knowledge of on-premises and cloud directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD and Google Workspace.
* Expertise in Legacy and modern authentication protocols.
* Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Control frameworks.
* Experience working with REST, SOAP and GraphQL APIs.
* Excellent knowledge of Cyber Security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST and CIS.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently on complex technical projects and provide strategic recommendations.
