Booking Team Lead (Maternity Cover)
Location: Winfield Hospital, Gloucester
Hours: hours per week, Full-time

Summary:
Winfield Hospital is one of Gloucestershire's leading private hospitals, located on the outskirts of the City of Gloucester. It is situated off the Northern Ring Road with excellent road and rail links. The hospital opened in 1992 and we provide high quality care in a clean and friendly environment.
The role:
An opportunity has arisen for an energetic Team Leader to join our Bookings team at Winfield Hospital to cover maternity leave. This role would suit an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, dealing with customers directly and driving the performance of the team. This role also requires working closely with the senior leadership of the Hospital.
You will will be expected to:
1. Be well organised.
2. Work to deadlines.
3. Have a great knowledge and understanding of IT packages.
4. Be an excellent communicator and team worker.
5. Interrogate data and maximise capacity.
