Estates Administrator
Location: Kent | Hours: 37 per week, 52 weeks per year | Salary: TBC
DATS Recruitment is seeking a proactive and organised Estates Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across the northern Kent campuses. The role involves coordinating maintenance, managing contractors, monitoring compliance, and ensuring smooth operation of college facilities. Estates Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Estates Manager North and Estates Team.

Coordinate contractors, ensuring compliance, access arrangements, and submission of required documentation.
*
Obtain quotes, place orders, and schedule repairs across campuses.
*
Support contract management, procurement, and budget monitoring for Estates operations.
*
Maintain records of preventative maintenance and statutory compliance.
*
Oversee the Estates helpdesk, allocating jobs and arranging emergency callouts as required.
*
Manage room and facility bookings, College minibuses, and vehicles, ensuring accurate records and compliance with servicing and inspections.
*
Collaborate with Estates teams across all campuses to support smooth operations.
*
Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent).

Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and use initiative.

Willingness to learn new IT systems; understanding of Estates/Facilities operations is desirable.
